Application
Apply over the phone in 20 minutes or schedule a 30 minute appointment around your schedule! Give us a call today, or simply fill out the “Apply Now” short form on the left side of this page to get started. A minimum amount of documentation is required.
Appraisal
An Appraisal is used to determine the value the property should fetch on the open market. A Licensed and approved appraiser will evaluate the property, its value, and the area to compile a detailed report for the lender and provide you with a copy to keep!
Underwriting
Once complete your loan file is submitted for approval! A team of experienced professionals review all of the details of your transaction to verify all the T’s are crossed and the I’s are dotted.

Conditional Approval
Almost there! You are approved, however, the lender will usually require one or two additional pieces of information….an additional pay stub….maybe an additional bank statement.
Final Approval
Your loan has been cleared for closing! Your mortgage consultant will now coordinate scheduling the actual closing, around your availability.
Closing
Most closings only take an hour! Have a pen and your driver’s license ready. A representative from the title company will walk you through each loan document explaining along the way. We will be there to take care of anything that pops up last minute!
